This is a "super-fast" spider my sister found on her wall in her Victoria Island (British Columbia) home. What on Earth is it? We're praying it's not a recluse or hobo, or she's moving.

I forgot to add her description:
its about a centimeter and half long including it's legs
and has some red/orange markings on its back; two triangles likes this > <

Those spinneretes are characteristic of Gnaphosidae, looks close to genus Herpyllus.
