They are good taking care of most of there animals accept for their T's they don't put water dishes in them. We mostly get crickets from them. We have bought animals from them and they are healthy just wish they would take care of the rosehaired they got.

Brian and Eric are always helpful whenever I need something ordered, be it a herp, supplies or foodstuffs. Their fish, mammals and birds are in top shape, but I concur with rosehaired though in saying their tarantula setups are lacking. Reptiles are usually in good condition, I find this depends alot on which employees have been at the store lately.

I've had some problems with animals i got from them years ago (mite infested snakes purchased from an individual and a ball python that wouldn't eat) but none lately.

I buy rats, bedding and supplies from them regularly
