Tanzanian Nephila sp. + pics

Hey I got this cutie yesterday. She's huge! 4,5-5"!

Another pic of her. Does anyone know what Nephila species this might be? All I know is that she's from tanzania.

That looks like Nephila inaurata, youll want her in something large and if it doesint make a web in a day or 2 hand feed it a cricket. :rolleyes:

I saw the same spider at a reptile shoppe but I didn't buy it because it was expensive($20.00) Really beautiful though.

Yesterday evening she made a really nice web and this morning she's eaten one rather big cricket and a locust. So she seems to be doing good.

Thats great, if its wild cought i should make egg casses, they can make from 2 to 5. :D
