Please ID this little girl

[Brianhogs]

Found in Deer Park, Washington. Web is very sticky and elasticky. Web also sometimes has little beads on it, which makes it stickier.

She was found under loose bark on a dead tree along with some others. Shes about an inch long.

Looks like a blackwalli or a gynethus
