You still have some laos? How old are they? ..just curious.
Wish I had some males for ya ...but Im done with that flavor (for now).
If only I would have known the stuff I know now!
Yes, I still have 6 females, they are about a year old. I guess they'll all die virgins. :(

Have they been kept at bug room temps the entire time?
Not quite, I have all my bugs in the basement. It gets a good 10-15 degrees cooler in the winter. I let everybody, experience the cooler temps and I cut way back on the food. The loas I probably only fed twice the whole winter.
I think the humidity is good here for these. Too bad I didn't get an earlier start with them...

Thats right..youve explained your bug room environment to me before. Cool.. no pun. I had many die around the 0.8 year mark.
got to search deep and far for some males. Ill see what I can come up with.

Asked around ...a few of the obvious suspects that would be in the know.
And, word is, unless new blood is gathered, the females still around will die siblingless old hags. :(
Not the news I wanted to hear, but Im not really that surprised.
Wait, I know! ...lets take a trip to Laos!

Bummer... bishopi?
Ive seen people posting pics of the specie, but Ive been reluctant to bug/beg them for possible collection. Only because I plan on doing bishopi (and the next round of exotic latros in general) right ..next serious attempt. ;)

I just need 1 male...
I have been trying to get the request out to those in florida that might be able to get some. I just dont know anyone there personally... thats the problem.
At the moment waiting on a few responses ...
Thanks, if all else fails, I could think Todd Gearhart might have one for sale.
