It's a pseudo scorpion, they live in drains (that's the only place I've seen them).

Yes, you can find them in moss in forests by the bucketloads. They get bigger than that as well. They are very hard to keep alive. Make sure that you spray its enclosure for moisture and you can give it flightless fruitflies to eat. Good luck. ;)
