Is the spider wc?
If it is and an adult it could be fertile
What spp.
She will hold on to it either it hatches or let go if non-fertile.
the egg case will swell and turn darker if fertile

If you bought it from Herwig Kahlenberg (exoticspiders.de), then it is an infertile sac, Kahlenbergs spiders are all CB.

Iwe newer bougt anything from them, so cant tell if they sell WC or CB animals. Before we can tell you mutch more about incubation time etc, a species name would help a lot;)

That is an egg sac. I can't tell you if it infertile or not... but just wait... over the next few weeks, if it is infertile, she will abandon it. Mine did the same thing. Laid a sac, carried it around for a while, and then forgot about it. And yes, it was disc shaped. I posted some pics on the huntsman thread and on my own pic thread, if you want to compare.
