So I have a orange huntsman and I have been thinking about getting a green one now. My question is, do I keep one of these the same as I do my orange huntsman? And will a 2.5 gallon tank be enough? It will have vertical hides. Thanks

That helped me none. Ive already done that all I really find are ones for sale or just pics of them.. never really a guideline on how to keep them. All im looking for is a yes or no to my actual question. Anyone that can actually help it would be nice.

My google search that I actually did before I read this (getting one myself) generated a nice result in the 4th link:

I don't know how good this "caresheet" is, but this is what I will go by.

That's fine.
I raise mine up in large vials much like you would an Avicularia sling. I use a coco-coir/peat substrate and push in some long fiber sphagnum strands for them to slimb on and drink off of. As they get older they get moved up to one gallon jars where they live as matures.

They like it moist and room temp, not too hot. I keep them moist but also make sure they get plenty of ventilation. Provide a slab of bark or wood for them to climb on and hide under. They are speed demons, flighty as slings but as they mature they calm down and won't move unless you touch them.

Good luck

Thanks guys! I should be getting one in a couple of weeks now. They are pretty wicked looking huntsman spiders.
