maybe Tegenaria agrestis?????

The second spider, the one "found wandering on some rocks", does look like a mature male Tegenaria, possibly T. agreistis, but the first spider is a "Grass Spider", Aegilenopsis sp.. They are related to the Tegenarias, but are native to North America. They have a similar type of web, but can be distinguished by having really long spinnerettes.
