Hah, not sure if its the same guy but there is another "alien" spider video up and the evidence is it only has "6 legs and all earth spiders have 8" and it "has a hard time walking in earth gravity."


Looks like another kind of orb weaver to me, poor spider is missing two legs and from the experience I have with them around work they are kind of clumsy anyway when they aren't on their webbing especially if they are missing legs.
