House spider is a generic name for several spp. that occur from county to county, state to state, country to country we need a species.

There must be many kinds of house spiders. I'm only familiar with the ones that grow to be a couple of millimeters and hang out in corners. Those tend to eat whatever comes their way, provided it isn't too big..
Could you describe it?

i kept mine in a critter keeper with some dirt and and branch, and it took about less than a week for the whole thing to be covered in web

Oh i love house spiders there really cool. I had one a size of a toonie with its legs monster lil guy put them in a cricket keeper with 5 cm of dirt it will take them a couple days to make the web. Feed them pin head crikets as a main diet. they live for a couple years good luck!!!

Yup you can kinda see the spider one the side of the jar.
I can almost make out a Tegenaria or a Kukulcania but it needs to be clearer.
Just set the jar on a table and film it.

Yep she eat a baby centipede.

Id stick to crickets or flies because feeding her centipedes or other spiders allows there to be a chance for her to get bitten and potentionally die. I know the pede was small but I wouldnt take the chance. Pedes are predators of spiders. I'm just trying to give good advice to you;)

I just threw it on th web and it attacked it but it didnt leave any centipede skin:confused: can spiders eat their prey whole?

Fantastic, yeah I have my crevice spiders (Kukulcania) in KKs, and TP rolls, that provides a hide but they still will come out. I dont have a good camera so I cant take good pics but maybe santa will bring one:D

Wow that was fast in about 2 hours she already made a fresh web bigger then the other on in th tolit paper roll ill post vids later.
