Mantid growth

I just got one at the weekend. How long will it take for it to grow to full size? It is currently about 1" long.

hi the book i got at weekend bout mantids says you can get them to adult in about twelve weeks if kept warm and plenty of food

ps mines doin great just had two crickets tonite :} =D :}

it does depend on the species! Phyllocrania for example are quite slow grower. also males matures faster then females!

can you put a timecode on that,... months,.. weeks,... years ?
i've got some Phyllocrania and they do seem to grow slow,... but i've got patience ;)
