I don't believe those are spiders, but harvestmen.
appears to be Opiliones group.Harvestman, minor order of arachnids, does not spin webs and are surface soil hunters,very interesting species.Check Levi"s book on spiders,or internet for the this group.
A more careful look revealed it to be similar to Bishophllea lacinosa from the Applachicia mountains. that is in Opiliones group.nice photos. I would love to collect some som,etime for the musuem, Cheers, Tom

these are so cool ,
have always wanted to try my hand at them,
the ones from my area are just a dull brown.

I thought I saw some pretty big ones ( over 3/4'' ) with nice colors from malaysia. They are neat looking though.
