While the video is processing; the female, which I have owned for about 7 years, molted approximately two and a half weeks ago. She accepted food this morning. The male was sent to me by Jeff1962, and matured sometime in December or January, if memory serves correctly.

Congrats u r going to be a grand mum soon. Ur little girl is a big-un. The video was sweet and the drumming is always cool to see. Thanks for that little treat.

Awesome ! I am sure glad my boy,(your boy now), got the chance to mate. {D Also good to see he did not get eaten. {D
If all goes well I would sure like a couple slings.

Awesome look at that! Congrats! Beware they can have really REALLY big egg sacs sometimes :wicked:
My last say was 1600+ strong and I think my gal was smaller than yours. :eek:

OMG! Are you serious? I didn't know they could have so many. My curly dropped her sac a few days ago and its HUGE. All I can say is at least I have a lateralis colony. Thats gonna be a lot of mouths to feed.

Nice video Herpinvertgirl! It looked that the mating was a success. I had a large female producing 750 slings, so yes you gonna have a lot of mouth to feed. please update us on the mating! /Johan
