Well, my idea for a centipede hunt might seem odd to you but...
Im sure we've all seen the pictures of skewered centipedes as Chinese snacks. I've been thinking...is it possible that these are sold in the various china towns of USA? I live right outside of NYC...i wonder if there might be a way to get access to lots of cheap Chinese centipedes! I guess (if they actually do have them there) it would depend on whether they import them live or frozen.

I would prefer you to go search for aquarium shops... Chinese Red Head Centipede are usally fed to those "Giant Fish" (forgot their english name)... in my local(Hong Kong, China) ... those Red Head are cheap and in many kind of colours(legs colour, red, yellow, orange) only for less than $1.US ...
