Is this male mature??(H.boei)

Hello guys,
I have a male/female pair of Heteropoda boei here and I know this seems like a stupid question lolz but is this male mature?He has enlarged palps but I dont see any emboli or anything yet.

Forgot to add he is about 4.5" give or take legspan and had his last molt a couple weeks back.Wouldn't I see remains of a sperm web by now if he was mature?May be he's penultimate??

Yeah Chris, he's good to go. You usually can't see the emboli very easily...just palps.
