well last night as i was feeding/watering i noticed some little Oxidus gracilis crawling around. they are really small probably around 1-3mm and are still white. im exited that this colony has started reproducing. i started with about 10-12 adults. so far, i have only found one dead adult.

sorry no pics!! they are really small and i don't have a good enough macro seting on my camera to pick them up.

How long have you had them in captivity? Keeping conditions?

i got them at the begining of summer. i keep them on Zilla brand Fir & Sphagnum Peat Moss that i had laying around. i have some small patches of tree moss (found it growing on the side of a tree where i was collecting them) and some oak leaves and sticks. i keep them moist but not wet. i allow the container to dry up a bit before i mist again. not completely dry. i feed them veggies like cucumber and lettuce and supplment with cricket meal for protein. they are also living with sow bugs and a few unidentified Paradoxsomatidae millipedes.
