Yep, unfortunately. :(

He literally doubled in size with this molt! His new prosoma is double the length and double the width of the old one. I'll get pictures of his exuvium next to him later today. It's really quite astounding.

i was wondering, do you ever let your t's molt in the cage you keep it in?

yes. i didnt want to disturb my Hysterocrates sp. and its molt stayed with it until its next molt. then i rehoused it :)

Yes, my formosa. ;)

I typically take them out to observe only if I decide to take them out for pictures, and find out that they are in heavy premolt. And I usually only do this for my slings.

Hey, this must be some coincidence! My schioedtei molted today too and a friend of mine has one and it molted today too :eek: .
And yes, they grow HUGE after molt! Mine also doubled in size by what I can tell. Will post some pictures during the weekend.
