I caught one of these in my room, thought it was an assassin, but did some research and it's definitely Leptoglossus occidentalis. I was going to offer it up on the board had it been an assassin, but I'm guessing no one has an interest in these, correct?

Are these the ones that are kinda brown with triangles/diaminds shapes on their backs when their wings are closed? Does yours smell when you pick it up?

Yeah, and their hid legs are longer than the others and they have the biggest protrusions, right?

The ones around here smell if you forcibly pick them up, i.e. grabbing them.
