Hello,

i know its a common species, but a popular blue colour form of it. I tried to put the two pedes in a box. Just to see if they show any aggressions or anything else. After two hours, they done nothing. Only laying an each others side. So i decided to leave them alone. Any hours later, the female (I think it is) stimulates the males terminals with her antenna. Male does nothing. The female tried to stimulate for around 30 minutes.

Before I went to my bed, I picked up the pedes together in the females tank.
At the late night i saw both together - female still tying to stimulate ;) I have a vid too, but its very boring.

At morning, I've seen the following:

So I hope, the mating attempt was successful!

regards

Splendid!

A sperm web without a spermatophore looks like the female picked it up, of course.

Big congrats!

Who's next? :D
