Hello all,

I recently got hit peed, but I'm unsure of its species and was hoping someone more experienced could help me? It's a good size, now, at 8" - missing a couple of legs, but it should regrow those on the next molt.

It is VERY active - more active than Vietnamese Centipedes I've had. It made me a bit fidgety getting it out of the container and into its terrarium its so fast/active, haha.

Thanks for the help in advance!

Looks like what is commonly sold as "Malaysian Cherry Red", and what I believe is S.s.dehaani, though perhaps I'm wrong and cherry red's are S.s.subspinipes. Hopefully somebody more sure can chime in.

Awesome; thanks for your help Taryllton and KyuZo! I love this thing - the most active centipede I've ever had.
