Hello,

I would like to get into millipede breeding and these two were recommended made by a few hobbyists. Of the two, is there one specie which is easier to breed over the other.

How long does it take, on average, for each (assuming 1" babies) to mature to adulthood.

N americanus.
Easier to find, mature faster. Overall easier to breed.

African giant you will only find small one right know at around 1" for 20 dollars or so.
Slow growers and matured at around 5 or so years.

PS MAke sure you buy Elytra and ANtenna book on millipedes so you can get an overall idea on all the basics, as well as tips on husbandry and others subjects.
