Hi, I didn't see a topic for this centipede, so I made one ... by the way here's a pic of mine! What do you think of it ?! How can I find out, is it a male or a female? It's about 15 sm. ;P

If she is 15 CM thats a good size S.Cingulata.Thay don't get a lot bigger.
Thay only get 15 to 17CM and thats huge for a Cingulata.

Hi,

there are some reliable records of S. cingulata reaching approx. 20cm BL from South Bulgaria and Israel though I've never seen a proof with a ruler yet.

I have 2 and i've had them for at least 2-1/2 to 3 of years. One is from Greece
and the other is from Spain.Thay both are a little less than 16 CM and have not
grown in the last year plus. There great pedes and easy to care for.If anybody
has one over 17 CM I would love to see her.I thought mine were big at 16 CM
and i've seen a few hundred of them.
