Gecko not eating!

My adult leopard gecko has not eaten in 2 weeks, apparently! I have seen him pass stool before, however, so he can't be impacted. The only substrate in his enclosure (apart from paper towels) is coconut fiber in his humid hide. Temperatures stay in the high 80s during the day and fall down to the mid to low 70s at night.

Despite not eating for a while, he still has a thick tail and he doesn't seem t be losing any weight. Still, I'm concerned as to why he would willingly go so long without any interest at all in food. Is there anything I can/should do?

When leopards hit full size and have a full tail they barely need food. Your boy is probably just not hungry. You could try offering different food items, but as long as it is warm (and it can be hotter during the day, that could peak his appetite) and his tail is thick, you have nothing to worry about.
