I ordered one of their specials. 10 roaches. 5 Male, 5 Female on 11/01/03.
I recieved a call from Damian confirming my order and then in about an hour I got an email saying.

Hello Julie your order has been shipped out today 11/01/03.

First thing monday morning I had the box at my door.
All ten Hissers were active, attractive, and packed wonderfuly.
I will Definatly be be doing business again with him. He was friendly on the phone, sent care instructions with the hissers and all and all made me feel really Great about dealing with him.
Wonderful experience and I recomend him to anyone.

He has smaller package deals for folks that can't quite afford a bigger order.

I ordered 1000 mealworms and 500 superworms and they arrived yesterday and in great shape! You can't beat the price and it even includes shipping! Or course, several of the worms didn't survive their first night here in TN, but my 8-legged friends are happy quite pleased. :D :D

I'm very happy as well, and will be shopping the Monster Pet Shop again :D

Very satisfied with transaction conclusion. Would do buisness with again and would recommend to other people.

* I ordered a case of heat packs from them. Either the post office or PayPal had the wrong address. They attempted delivery 3 times. I contacted them, gave the right addy, and the heat packs were delivered within days, they didn't charge me for the extra postage AND they threw in a couple extra heat packs for my trouble. (Even though THEY weren't at fault!)
* Easy online ordering with payment, accepts PayPal. Good selection of feeders. Good prices. Fast delivery.
* Could have been more communicative.
* I will definitely do business with them again.

I'm always nervous about having bugs shipped, as I live on an Alaskan Island and there is always an extra day or two involved in shipping time. Recieved my order of 1000 Pinhead Crickets via Priority Mail in only 4 days - consider that to be good time. Opened the box and found masses of small crickets running around in great shape. Kudos to monsterpetshop.com, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again. :D
