Pixies are fairly easy to care for but get extremely large! There care should be quite similar to that of a Pac-man frog (Ceratophrys) with little differences besides them being a little warmer in the mid 80's. If you do get a lovely little Pixie, they do take MONSTEROUSLY large poo that tend to have an slight odor..as if any poo doesn't;P..They also have a tendency to go on hunger strikes for a month or two and if the conditions are right they will form a cocoon (Mine looked a lot like a ball of? Poo?) while fasting.
Before I came into the T hobby I was into Herpetology! I hope this little bit helps Common Care http://allaboutfrogs.org/info/species/pixie.html http://allaboutfrogs.org/info/species/horned.html More Scientific Info http://amphibiaweb.org/cgi-bin/amph...where-genus=Pyxicephalus&where-species=edulis
