This is my girl she's a Marine Toad, not had her too long but she is great, but a little scared still yet.
Hoping she will come round and be a big friendly toad :wink:

you should change the substrate to something that won't cause an impaction if swallowed. coco fiber is a good choice as there is less of a risk and it allows for burrowing which these toads like to do.

they are pretty cool. i have one and my fiancee has two. they all seem to be a bit skittish.

There is coco fibre in there too, just that all large pieces of bark have worked there way to top. Used to have a really large specimen that would feed off forceps, so hoping this one will come round in the end.

Im in UK and bought her off someone, sure they are easy to get on your side of the pond

Just make sure you lay off the Bufotenin Just Kidding of course haha.

I love Cane Toads though, used to work with one that was about 2.5lbs she was so sweet too!
