It's happened to most everyone here I think.......

I was doing the normal animal check and feed last night
and found that my B. vagans sling had died.
It was just a tiny guy about an inch.
Didn't even have it a month and I have to wait to get another one:mad: Next show isn't until January:eek:

Marcie,
(may I call you Marcie?) Please post the details of the slings housing, substrate, temperature range, watering habits, feeding habits, and any details you may be able to offer. Also, please describe your home heating system (or cooling). (that is, oil or gas fired, baseboard, radiator, hot air, etc)

Thanks!

I am beginning to compile data for a paper I would like to publish on the boards...and submit to the ATS.

And I am sorry for the loss...

Anything for the cause, ya know;)

Housing: a small vial
Substrate: moist peat moss (water when needed)
Temps: @70F
Feeding habits: 2 times a week (if it took the food)
Heating in the house: standard US furnace (gas/electric)

As I said, I had it less than a month. Didn't even make it to its first molt for me. All of my tiny T's are about the same, no problems with any of them:)
