Hi!

Got 20 of these guys the other day. Unfortunately all of them where dead due to poor packing:( I was hoping some of you could help me ID it, as i can get more of them later, propely packed. Maybe some Hysterocrates Spp:confused:

Looks like Hysterocrates crassipes since they have fatter hind legs.

Thanks Jake! Is Crassipes the only brown/black Hysterocrates Spp., with this feature?

looks like my h.gigas the smallest of the 3 hes a brownish /dark dark red

As far as I know yes. H. gigas hind legs are the same size as all others, unlike H. crassipes. I don't know about other Hysterocrates species though.

PS: That sucks about them all being dead...what was it the shipper did wrong when packaging them?

Hi.
The exporter from Cameroon gave me the impression that he had sendt live animals many times before, probably was'nt so. He had just put the T's in boxes and taped them shut, with no paper and no moisture. Also recieved 20 splattered Milipedes:mad:
He's now been given instructions on how to pack them, and says he's going to replace them:)
