Hi I'm new on this message board.

I've read on different websites that it's possible to get more avics into one terrarium.
If so: how big should the tank be for them?
How many avics could I put in one tank and do the different sexes go well with eachother?

Is there anyone on this board who has got some experience with this?

I have had luck keeping A. avicularia together. I used to keep 3 adults in one tall 30 gallon terrarium, 2 female and 1 mature male, and I never had trouble with them. One of the females produced an egg sac, and now I also keep 4 of the spiderlings in a 5 gallon terrarium. The only problem I had with the spiderlings is that one of them is VERY aggressive (the only pink toe I've seen that always tries to bite). I had to take him out, away from the others because he likes to eat his siblings more than crickets.

Anyway, in my experience, if you give them enough space and plenty of food available, you should not have any trouble.

Yet, there is no guarantee. I've tried to have communal settings before. I gave them plenty of space and food and water. One of them ended up getting munched.
