Does anyone know the average lifespan for a female P. regalis? I've got 2 that are an inch and a half and was wondering how long I can hope to have them? (I'm not sure if either or both are female, just hoping.)
Thanks!
Ralph
P.S. Also, what is the full-grown size?

From what Ive read the average lifespan would be in the 15 year range.Id say that would pretty much hold true for all the Poecilitheria......Rich

The average life span of a P regalis is between 6 to 10 years for a female!;)

6 to 12 yrs is what ive heard, the female ive got is 7ys and a fasciata at 5yrs and another at my guess would be 3 yrs i just got her,and a formosa 5 or 6 yrs old , so i know they live at least 7 hopefully 7 yrs more lol.

Most of the info i found listed it as 10 to 12 yrs, some just put a ??? for lifespan, the only 5 confirmed age reports at death came from breeders/hobbyist's , one died at 8 another at 12 another at 10 another at 6 another at 8 so 12 is highest i found.
