Just curious here, it came to mind reading the "best deal" thread.

What is the most you have paid for a T?
I realize a mature female justifies paying a high price, I saw a female B.emilia on a price list for over $500. It made me wonder if anyone would pay that much??

In my case, it would be the half-grown Tiger Rat snake I traded off for a 10mm B.smithi sling. The snake is worth at least a hundred dollars. So that is my most 'expensive' spider right now.

$35 US for a king baboon spiderling:) (@ an inch)
But I have only been in this hobby for a year:D

Now T enclosures are another story.
Those can get rather expensive:rolleyes:

Just sent off a money order today. Never paid this much before. $250 each for a 3'' female T. plumipes and 3'' female T. latipes. Worth it to me, been wanting them for a while!

$800 for two P. metallicas, one of them is a guaranteed female. I'm very happy with them. Beautiful, active, they stay in the open a lot, good appetite, a little attitude but nothing psycho. You really can't ask for more. Well, maybe weaker venom, perhaps.

The most I spent on a spider was 35 euro for an A. ulrichea female (which died a few months later). The best rip-off was A. brocklehursti sling at 0.5" for 20 euro, and the spider turned out to be L. cristata  but I still like the little bug!

A couple months ago, I spent $40 for a C. fimbriatus s'ling. That is the most I've actually spent. Before that, I think that I paid about $35 for my A. genic s'ling a couple years ago before they really became a staple -- well, they were getting that way but not quite the way they are now.
