Can this molt be used for sexing purposes?

Sorry for the low quality pics and for posting in the wrong forum... But I don't understand what I'm supposed to be taking a picture of and because of the way the abdomen ended up after the molt is it even usable for this purpose?

look up basic tarantula anatomy. Find the spermathecae or lack thereof to determine sex.
