Ok, I've seen these roaches do some wierd things, but this is a first. Is this a roach abortion or somthing? Whats with the yellow snot like fluid?

I have had that happen to a few of my roaches over the years, The roach is now "insideout", I am not sure how it happens, but they do not recover and should be euthanized. It only seems to happen to the females, and usually results in an aborted and sometimes rotten eggcase. I have seen them successfully give birth and end up "insideout", and even those ones do not recover, but they will live for quite awhile longer.
