breading roaces for feeders

I want to bread somrhing like B. dubia to use as feeders. I need to know how manny to get to start and whats involved in all this?:?

You'd want to start with a dozen or more. It will take a while for it to get started, but once it does, you'll have plenty. They are extremely easy to care for and maintain.

The general rule of thumb is to start out with as many roaches as you can afford to get. IIRC, CodeMonkey started with 18 B. dubia roaches and it took his startup group about a year and a half to get established where he could feed off the colony without adversely affecting the population. Search for posts by "Code Monkey" with the words "dubia" or "roach" in it and you'll find everything else you might want to know.
