Arachnocontest Rules And Regulations
Arachnocontests are only open to residents of the continental United States. Sorry to everyone from Canada and elsewhere, but unless you can provide an address in the US where we can ship to, we cannot accept your entries. If you reside outside of the US and do have an address that we can ship to in the US, you MUST state that in your entry post or you will automatically be disqualified. NO EXCEPTIONS. A simple "I have a US address." at the beginning of your post would be fine.
Winners will be ineligible for 30 days from any other contests or quickies.
The Arachnocontest will run for the time stated in the contest thread. Make sure your entries are in before any deadlines stated.
Ineligible List:
Paul Bollinger until 2/23/04
Any further questions, feel free to contact me.

Name That Nymph Rules & Regulations
The rules are simple:
Only 1 guess per person.
Do not duplicate someone elses post. Whomever posted it first will be the only one receiving the prize. In other words, there is only ONE winner.
Editing your post is not allowed. Make sure you get it right the first time. If your post is edited, you will be disqualified from the current contest.
Use the scientific name. Common names are not allowed. If you don't know a scientific name, look it up. There are too many discrepancies with common names to allow them.
The prize for this Name That Nymph contest will be 2 dozen Blaberus giganteus roaches. Note: Prize will not be shipped until the weather warms up a bit.
The contest will run until 5 pm EST on Friday January 30th, 2004. The winner will be announced later that night.
All replies must be made in this thread only. Replies made elsewhere will not count.
Name That Nymph is brought to you by
Richie the Roachman's Roaches of the World (http://www.angelfire.com/wy/roaches/) and Arachnopets (http://www.arachnopets.com).
Good Luck,
Richie and Scott

Hey All,
I know that the contest isn't supposed to end until 5:00 pm, but we have a winner. We've actually had the winner for a day or two, but haven't had time to post about it.
And the winner is (proving that it sometimes pays to have no idea);) :
Trinity
with her correct guess of Lucihormetica subcincta
Congratulations Trinity!!!
Please contact Roachman via email or pm with your mailing information so he can get your prize out to you as soon as it warms up a bit.
Thanks to everyone for playing and to those who didn't win, better luck next time... :)

Lol, just had to joke around a little earlier. I'm not aware of any Lucihormetica subcincta imported yet, or are those European?
