Both times I was delighted!

First time i bought a leucistic texas rat from them. They screwed up on the shipping date, but when I called they gave me free over night shipping the next day. Made up very nice for the mistake. Very pleasant to deal with.

Second I ordered a GTP from them. It was during the cold season, they held the GTP for me for a month and shipped her as soon as possible. She is absolutely bueatiful and a verocious eater!!
