Hey folks, as some of you know I'm finishing up my last year at College. Looking to become a scientific and technical illustrator.

One of my projects I'm planning on doing is a 4 illustration piece of 'communal' amphibian tank. I was thinking something that needs mister/fogging machines, a waterfall, pond half, natural plants (vivarium setup) lighting, heating etc. I was trying to nail the two species down that I could have sharing the tank. I'd like to have poison dart frogs, or any type of frog that will get along with any other type of amphibian.

Maybe an aquatic newt, or mudpuppy with terrestrial amphibians. Or a gecko that is strictly arboreal living about dart frogs.
Would this work in the real world? if not I'll just narrow it down to one species. I know that most people don't recommend mixing species. But I'd thought I'd ask.

Any and all input is appreciated.
