My G. pulchra sling molted around the 25th. He was finally up against his cup to where I could see his underside today, and I saw that his fangs were black. I mushed up some cricket, which he took greedily. A few hours later (now) I went to remove whatever he may have left of it, and he still has it in his mouth! How long does it normally take for slings to finish eating? I'm paranoid, there's no way his fangs could be stuck right?

No, his fangs are not stuck.

Depending on how big the cricket was, it can take a while. I've fed slings before bed and checked in the morning and they still had a little left, working away at it.

Nothing to worry about.

I didn't think it would be something like that, but since I've never heard of a T taking so long to eat I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Now that I consider it, it seems a bit ridiculous hahaha. It's just that the others always finish in an hour or so.
