what type of tarantula? im assuming its for a terrestrial t?

id go with 4 to 6 if the top dimentions are 12x12

with proper spacing it will look nice too... im a freak like that lol. i use graph paper when marking my acrylic out to drill vents. i cut a template, attach to plexi, poke through where the lines intersect on the paper and then drill. i like it to look clean and the pattern to be in uniform. basically same idea for 2" vents on your enclosure
