My pixie burrowed himself for about a week before i decided to weed him out, after messing with some lighting and heating. Anyway He hasn't eating in a week and usually its dinner time all the time. Also I changed his enclosure to 80% water since before his borrowing habit he was in his pool 90% of the time. So would him having no substrate mess with his feeding habits. Could it be stress? Could I have interrupted a hibernation cycle? As of right now I am not too worried since it has only been a week. Just looking for some info on Hibernation patterns, like what could trigger it. Heating, lighting, too much food, too little food. Any info would be nice. Also I am already planning on changing his enclosure to a 50-50 water sub.

Its winter now usually my pixie will bury and I won't see him for another 5 months.
so yes, it sounds normal as to what he is doing.

Mine is buried at the moment as well. He repositions every now and again and there is dirt in the water dish between changings, so he's still a little active.
