He has the vet on Monday.

On Thursday I noticed he was quite lethargic. He is a very skitty kinda lizard, but on Monday he just lay there..I gave him a quick check over and noticed poo coming out of his opening, but it was dried up and obviously it had been there for a while. After cleaning it off a bit more came out but since then the opening hasnt closed as it normally does.

I've provided photos at this link:

Hi Vicky. I just checked out your pictures/comments. Is there any possibility your skink could have ingested substrate during its meals? This can lead to impaction in the digestive tract, which is a serious problem (but can be medically treated). Unfortunately, this is all conjecture on my part. You're doing the right thing by taking it to the vet. I hope your skink pulls through.

Yeah it sounds like he is impacted. What kind of substrate are you keeping him on?
