Yeah when the spider (P. nigriventer) rushed down on the floor and that guy put his foot infront of it. It just kept going up his leg, lucky him it didnt go inside the pants.. lol
Not the most cleaver move to do.

Yeah not too bright, I agree. We dont see Phoneutria offered often here in the states, I only saw them on Glades Herps pricelist once a few years back. Awesome spiders you have there, thanks for sharing all the great pics.

in venezuela i had one i caught in a salsa jar and some dumbass kid threw it on a little girl that was with my group.he said he was trying to be funny.i could have killed him!he was 16 and i told him what kind of spider it was!but he did it anyway!

thats the brazillian wandering spider right? Not keen on scientific names for non Ts... Man... if what I hear about their venom is true and how fast they are I would be scarred sh!@less to keep one.
