I'm a bit biased since I work there, but here's my best attempt at an honest review.
I was hired partially because NOBODY there knew Ts. At the time, I didn't relize how little I knew myself. I found this board, and have been researching up a storm, and it's been steadily improving. We have an OK selection, (Probably about 10 sp. at any given time, and we try to keep it varied) and while I may be very new to this I must be doing something right, because since I started there we've had four Ts molt successfully, two appear (to me) to be getting ready to molt, and we haven't lost any.
I'll be the first to admit that it isn't perfect, but this board has helped me to improve it a LOT. {D It's worth a look if you're ever in the area!
