In the triangle. It runs from the front of the opsithoma down the middle/top of it. Sometimes mistaken for a pre-molt condition, you can tell it's the heart if it's just that little area that's darker!

Yes indeed... I read some information about the tarantula's anatomy and its true, this is her heart.
