First feeding, Seeing an attack, and kicking hair...

What a time. I ushered the cricket out from under the corner of the water dish at Frantic, and it ran UNDER him and hopped around. He raised his threat pose, and I (stupidly) tried to push the cricket out from underhim with a paintbrush. He quickly struck the brush and kicked hair. The cricket hauld abdomen into the saftey ( ) of the cave.

Slowly Frantic made his way in....

and just stopped. I think it's his way of saying ;P to me. :8o

Well, as you've seen, it's better to not prod your spider with a paintbrush. I've used my hand to send food in the right direction, but make sure you keep it a number of inches away from your spider at all times.
