I'm actually more of a scorpion keeper, but does anyone know the latin name for the tarantula known as a "Haitian brown"?.

Thanks Atrax, are they known to be very aggressive?, mine certainly was.

They are known to be a bit on the aggressive side, yes. Mine certainly is when she is in her enclosure, but she is rather nice once you've removed her from it and she's on neutral ground... In this case the back of my wrist

Mine is only 1.5" and is already a little ball of fury when I open the cage. It's really cute coming from such a wee-one.
