Just how much can a t grow with a molt. one of my bloated p murinus tick t's Jsut molted from about two inches into about four.. easily doubling in size.. So how much can a t grow with each molt?? [btw I suspect it to be female shes gunan be a big momma ;)]

My B smithi just molted a while ago and it is twice as big as it used to be..

Ok, on to the serious side now, at least I'll try. <still wiping tears from my eyes>

Each time my A. Geniculata molted he grew almost 1", but not quite. Since I don't really measure him, I can only say this: I got him 3/29/04 @ just about 2". He's molted on me twice and is now ALMOST 4" (but that's stretching it).
