My subadult male P. rufilata just molted the other day, and I was finally able to get some pics.

WOW. I really really want one of them. there is one for sale at the local pet shop for $65. its about an inch. I really wanna get it but i wanna make sure its female. {D that pic just makes me wanna get it now!

Nice, rufilata is an amazing T, I have a boy, too. But Your rufilata is not subadult. I think naming: subadult is the last moult before a T get adult. I've made the same mistake, and called my X. immanis subadult. But he is only juvenile with his 12 cm legspan.

IMHO subadult is not that specific. The best term to describe a t that is at the instar directly before its maturing moult would be penultimate.

Ornata does not have the blue under the legs, but the two can look similiar.
