Another war on ANTS...

I've been seeing quite a bit of ants in my tarantula corner for the past few weeks. I have used bug spray and other kinds of ant killers, but they kept coming back. Today I said to myself "Alright that's it!" and decided to meticulously check every square milimeter of the area andI found the source -one of my Haplopelma enclosures! There was a f**king ant colony residing peacefully with one of my H. "longipedums", with a queen and eggs everywhere . The tarantula is unharmed. The ants on the other hand were thrown down the sewer drain. I'm glad these weren't fire ants.

damn! thats quite the pest problem. personally i woud have made an ant farm or something.LOL

"OMG" that is f*u*k*D. gotta watch them. you may have another nest in your walls. i will bet there is a nest some were close, and that is not the last time you will see them.
